About Judy:

My focus in residential real estate in the Denver area has been luxury real estate in lifestyle communities such as Cherry Creek North, Belcaro, Denver Country Club, Hilltop and Castle Pines Village.

In Cherry Creek North, I was sales manager for NorthCreek Properties in 2010 and increased the sales production by 200 percent. I represented both buyer and developer in two luxury condominiums, both condominiums sold for just under $800 per square foot.

Belcaro, a community in Denver that is notable for the landmark Phipps Mansion and grounds is exceptional for location and unique architecture. An outstanding property is a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired masterpiece with a 16000 square foot treed lot, built in 2008! It will be a featured property soon!

My career spans thirty years, but my involvement in real estate in Denver began when I was a child. My childhood home was in Park Hill, Montview and Bellaire Street, just a few blocks from City Park's pavillion and the Nature and Science Museum. My father sold residential and commercial real estate for Denver's most prestigious firms.

I have served as a Director for the Denver Board of Realtors Board of Directors and have received the National Association of Realtor's Green Designation, a dedication to lessening the impact on the environment through our lifestyles, including our homes.
