Wake up Ground Hog!  Get ready for the most epic weekend in Colorado's history.  You guessed it...two feet and counting of champagne powder in the high country and a Super Bowl win by the Denver Broncos.  Don't doubt, it's true. Doubters stay home.

Fact:  Predictions for snow fall amounts measuring feet began on Wednesday, ample time to wax and ride the corridor to the world class ski resorts of Colorado.  Fresh tracks in knee deep powder, it's still snowing so tracks refresh faster than this Mac.  Plenty of time remains to get there so dust off the Fat Boys and fet ridin'.

Fact:  Predictions are for a Bronco Super Bowl win by many odds makers.  If Super Bowl is an unchecked item on your bucket list, then get moving because the game is Sunday!  Go big or stay home...no one does it better than NYC, not even Omaha!  The game is in Jersey but the fun is in the city.

Fact:  Bronco win you predict?  This weekend is the 2014 Chinese New Year, the year of the HORSE!  Any more questions?

More Facts:  Colorado is one of the prettiest states in this great union and Denver is one of the greatest cities.
With over 300 days of sunshine, more parks than any other city, 5 local professional sports teams, and our own symphony, ballet company and opera company along with a performing arts center that brings Broadway musicals to the heart of downtown.  Denver is a young and vibrant town, most of the population is of the Gen age...but the Boomers are boomerangin' back for a Denver's  retirement lifestyle.  Denver is the city of the future and I am available to show you a few of the highlights from farm to table restaurants, park venues, local wine shops and brew pubs, and plenty of hiking, biking, skiing, golfing, angling and I have run out of space.

There are wonderful communities with a wide variety of
homes to choose from, including new product that is selling quickly..pre-sales before ground breaking.  As a Denver native and over 30 years as a residential realtor, I know how to navigate this great city so contact me at...
