Pop Pop ...

Pop on by our location, location, location for this Fourth of July weekend which happens to be starting in 5,4,3,2 and we're off..
unless you are currently stuck in the I 70 "borridor".  Head west my fellow patriots, or maybe a little southwest, towards Castle Pines Village for a glorious few days in a foothills community.  The Village of Castle Pines is a short 20 minute ride down the other corridor that actually moves a regular flow of traffic.  It sits just before the town of Castle Rock, elevation is 6280 and boasts bluebird skies, wildlife, hummingbirds and gambel oak, not to mention two world class Jack Nicklaus golf courses.  This weekend there will be a Fourth of July bike parade and bar-b-que, events at the three outdoor swim pools, golf events and tournaments at both golf courses.  The best event is an Open House at 2715 Castle Glen Place held on Sunday, July 6 from 1-3 pm.

This exquisite home sits on two Glen lots that can be easily observed from the drone video on this website.  The site is on the first fairway of the celebrated Castle Pines Golf Club's International course.  Many a touring pro has observed the beauty of the outdoor living spaces of this property from their second shot to the green...so stop on by and become a piece of history or make your own history by making this home your own!

If you go, take I 25 south to Exit 187, Happy Canyon Road, and proceed west to the first and main entrance.  A cordial Emergency Services Officer will allow public access for Open House attendees, and will provide easy directions to the property.  Look for the Open House signs along the way!
