Leadership and Vision

Leadership is defined as one's ability to get others to follow, every organization needs leaders at every level.  According to Jack Welch, former chairman and CEO of General Electric Co., "Good leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision and relentlessly drive it to completion."
But vision, isn't effective until the leader communicates the vision, and when the communication delivery is passionate, the passion is contagious.

Other  leadership qualities include integrity, openness, fairness, assertiveness, dedication, magnanimity, creativity and a sense of humor.  Pulling apart the traits of each quality you find the connection.  An individual that communicates with fairness and honesty has the ability to communicate openly and assertively because there are no surprises.  This strings into the trait of magnanimity, giving credit when credit is due.  A magnanimous leader creates followers through the simple task of recognition!  Creativity is a skill set, and ussually spins off the other leadership qualities as the mind is free to create when it is not bogged down with the doubts.

Leadership is the key to any successful business, team, transaction, family or goal.  Leadership with vision is the arithmetic for success.  Begs the question, are you working with leaders?

The real estate business is complex, from the listing to the closing the realtor must be the leader that exhibits all the qualities of strong leadership.  Openess and fairness, creativity and magnanimity, dedication and integrity along with integrity are key components in the success of a real estate transaction....and...a sense of humor!

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Denver area, work with a leader in the industry.
