Where Do The Pros Play?

The BMW Championship PGA Golf Tournament is in town and the field is studded with stars named Rory and Bubba and Phil and they arrived early in the week to acclimate to Colorado's Rocky Mountain highs.  Begs the question, where do the players play?  On Day 1 of the tournament the players begin their work week, Thursday is their Monday and golf playing becomes golf working.  Where were they on this Labor Day holiday?  Playing at the other course...
The Castle Pines Golf Club in Castle Pines Village, once known for hosting the famous International Golf Tournament, a favorite among winners such as Ernie Els and Phil Mickelson, so much so that they were spotted playing over the holiday weekend.  The players love to play at Castle Pines because of the serene nature of the course, designed amongst the centuries old Ponderosa Pine trees and gambel scrub oak.  The course is unique, a mountain course with a PGA championship challenge, each hole is a private playground.
One of the perks of living in a community such as Castle Pines is the golf, while not every resident plays golf every resident appreciates the natural open space that two Jack Nicklaus signature 18 hole private clubs provide in the 2800 acre village.  One does not need to play golf to appreciate the benefits of the game, a gentleman's game where courtesy and manners are the expected norm and dress codes still exist.  Golf is international by nature, so names like Choi and Garcia are as celebrated and respected as Scott and Watson.  Golf is a peaceful celebration of talent and skill.
Nurture your appreciation by viewing one of the most prestigious homes that is currently for sale in Castle Pines Village.  The home at 2715 Castle Glen Place is situated along the first fairway of the Castle Pines Golf Club's International course.  It is sited on not one but two Glen lots with uninterrupted views of the mountains and course, a pristine setting at a reduced price of $ 1,350,000.  The home is designed for maintenance free living and an easy breezy lifestyle.  The main floor master and open living floor plan is ideal as a main or seconday home.  There is a state of the art wine cellar and wet bar in the lower level that leads out to two patios that highlight the views of the golf course and mountains.  There is a 3 car over sized garage with luxury finishes.  This property has it all so come visit, you may chance a peek at Ernie teeing off on #1!

This house will be open on Sunday September 21 from 1-4!
