Denver? Well, yes Denver did land the #1 spot according to U.S. News & World Report's 2016 Best Places To Live, but..
but 333 Josephine St #2 in Cherry Creek North is the best of the best in places to live.

The townhome at 333 Josephine, otherwise known as Josephine Townhomes, currently listted for sale is everything  and has everything...for everybody.  Situated within a few blocks from Whole Foods and an upscale 2015 new Starbucks, this townhome location has a 100 Walk Score.  Next door to Hillstone and Little Ollie's, the location takes the thinking out of eating and well, drinking too.  The location is also across the street from sweet Manley Park and the Bromwell School Community garden.  Walkability and shopability was a major factor that the selection committe considered for US News & World Report considered.

Another factor contributing to livability was access to sports activities and fitness.  333 Josephine St is less than a mile from the Denver Botanic Gardens, walking to the concerts during the Summer Concert Series is not only a healthy summer activity but enjoying the Botanic Gardens daily is aesthetic to the mind, body and soul.  The townhome on Josephine is two blocks from Speer Blvd with the hiking and biking path that trails east to the Cherry Creek Reservoir Park and west to  Confluence Park where Cherry Creek meets the Platte River.  The oversized 2 car garage at 333 Josephine #2 has ample space for bicycle storage, as well as additional 2 exterior pakring spaces in the private and walled parking area giving room for additional sport utility vehicles or guest parking.

Another factor considered by the selection committe was livability and workability.  The townhome at 333 Josephine #2 has approimately 900 square feet that is zoned commercial for a small office or professional. The space is street level with French doors off a private courtyard, separate security system, large seating area with a gas fireplace, a private glass walled office complete with built-ins, a long wet bar area with refrigerator and light oak cabinetry, a half bath and Brazilian cherry floors.  The space is so workable that it would be hard to leave the office!  It is adjacent to a fully finished basement with bedroom, quality finished travertine and polished rock three quarter bath and a 650 bottle wine room that is temperature controlled.  It is easy to keep this finished basement separate from the office area or combine with the office area for added off ice luxury.

The townhome at 333 Josephine #2 is a 3 story Italianate structure with two decks off the main living spaces on the second floor.  The entire townhome, 4515 finished square feet, has the ability to declare 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 parking spaces in a 2 car gaarage and 2 deeded spaces on the exterior lot.  Find that in Cherry Creek or anywhere else in Denver with the amenities that Cherry Creek offers.

This townhome will be open this Sunday, March 6, from 2-4
pm.  Stop by and see why this gem is the #1 Best Place To Live in the U.S.
