If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.  Giving chance a chance will change perspective.
Examples are plenty, and easy to find during the extended coverage of athletes in the Olympics.  Mixing things up is common with elite athletes and change is not uncommon...change in venue, change in coaching, change in attitude.  Same holds true in the business of buying or selling real estate, change the way you look at things...the things you look at change.  

If a property is holding on the market, the property and the marketing needs  "mix it up" momentum.  This theory is true on the buyer side too, if buyers cannot find a property, neighborhood or property within a certain neighborhood, the buyer needs to "mix it up"....choose a different park bench to sit on, maybe that will be the change needed.  Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.  This is giving chance a chance and it will kick start the doldrums of a late summer real estate market.

I work with a plan of simple execution, I focus on what will sell.  That premise brings focus to the marketing plan for sellers and allows buyers an insight into markets that are within my specialization.  If I don't specialize in your market, I have plenty of team members that have that specialization.
