Earth is celebrating another birthday with the usual list of interesting guests, earthquakes in California and snowstorms on the east coast. But the party this year was held in Colorado...on the actual Earth Day, Sunday, temperatures hovered just under 80 and on Monday went over 80. The Denver area, is experiencing the most glorious spring in years with blossoming trees in full bloom, lilac bushes full with fragrance and parks and golf courses greening up. If you are to "Go Green" to celebrate Earth's birthday, Denver delivered. The remainder of this last full week in April promises more record breaking temperatures, the summer sneak peek. And if the weather is heating up in Denver, the housing market is hot! The National Association of Realtors is celebrating its national Open House Weekend, April 28-29. On Saturday, 61 Indigo Way will be held open from 11-2 and while you have finished touring 61 Indigo Way walk on down the fairway to view the lot at 89 Indigo Way, the lot on the tenth hole of the Castle Pines Golf Club. To get to Castle Pines Village, take I-25 south, approximately 10 minutes from C470 and the Park Meadows Mall. Take Exit 187, Happy Canyon Road, and meander down the tree lined path to the round-about and stay right to go through the Main Guard Gate.
