Surf's Up!

Surfing the web has taken on a whole new meaning for the Denver real estate market. Denver.com was recently purchased by Peter Niederman, the CEO of the Kentwood Company, Denver's premier real estate firm. Denver.com is the source and guide to the city's arts and culture, tourism, hotels, entertainment, sports, dining and music. Location is the keyword in the real estate world, in the digital world the brand name is the location. Denver.com, the geodomain, is the newest addition to previously acquired brands. Google keywords place Denverrealestate.com at no. 1 , followed by Denverhomes.com then HomesinDenver.com. all directing traffic to Kentwood. Ride the wave with the keyword Denver, for instance Google Denverfootball or footballDenver and the No. 1 spot goes to the Denver Broncos, followed by Fantasy Football. Google Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos fall to No. 6, missing is the keyword Denver. Type in PeytonDenver and Broncos rise to No.1, maybe they can do that with the regular season. Try the words Judy and Denver and you will be directed to a website that highlights the 2012 Colorado Home of the Year, 31 Albion Place in Castle Pines Village. Since most Buyers and Seller in the national and international real estate world surf the listings first, having Denver as a keyword positions Sellers and adds one more layer of value added for Buyers. In Niederman's own words, Denver.com's price tag is "priceless". For priceless service while buying or selling real estate, add the value by choosing an experienced broker. I have been serving Buyers and Sellers in the Denver, from Cherry Creek to Castle Pines, for over 30 years. Email: judy@kentwoodcity.com for more information on the real estate services that I provide.
