Judy has spent the last year as the on site Sales Manager at NorthCreek Properties, increasing the sales production by 200%. Judy specializes in luxury residential real estate in the Denver area. As a fourth generation Denverite, Judy has lived in Park Hill, Hilltop, Denver Country Club, Castle Pines Village and Cherry Creek North. Judy has been an avid skiier since childhood, regularly practices yoga, plays at golf and fly fishing and was recently a celebrity dancer for Denver's Dancing for the Youth Gala. Judy travels to Europe frequently, a home in Italy and family in London, but always returns to her home in her beloved state of Colorado. |

Judy Fahrenkrog Returns to Kentwood City Properties as Top-Producing Broker Associate
DENVER – Judy Fahrenkrog, a leading real estate professional since 1981, has rejoined the top-producing team at Kentwood City Properties as a Broker Associate. Fahrenkrog has spent the past year as the on-site sales manager at NorthCreek Properties in Cherry Creek where she increased new home sales by 200 percent.
Fahrenkrog has garnered sales production awards throughout her distinguished career. She is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors (DBR) and was elected to a three-year term as a director of the DBR in 2006. A fourth generation native of Denver, she specializes in luxury real estate throughout the metro Denver area.

Fahrenkrog’s professional background includes teaching and staff development positions with Denver Public Schools from 1970 to 1984. She has also been a fitness instructor and a public relations representative for the Steamboat Ski Resort’s skiing program. Fahrenkrog is a yoga practitioner and enjoys skiing, fly fishing, and traveling to her home in Italy and visiting family in London.
Fahrenkrog was chairman of the Central City Opera Association’s L’Esprit de Noel Home Tour in 2001 and served as chairman of the association’s Flower Girl Presentation and Opening Night in 2000, among other cultural activities. She is an active supporter of the Denver Dumb Friends League, TAPS, Excelsior Youth, Goodwill Industries, the Denver Art Museum, Denver Botanic Gardens, and the University of Colorado Foundation.
